AnweVolt is a fitness tracking and workout planning application. It provides tools for logging workouts, generating AI-powered training plans, tracking progress, and analyzing performance data.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. AnweVolt uses Firebase Authentication for secure account management.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your workout data, plans, and personal records. By using AnweVolt, you grant us a license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

AnweVolt uses AI models (DeepSeek and OpenAI) to generate workout plans and extract exercise data from uploaded files. AI-generated content is for guidance only. Consult a qualified fitness professional before starting any exercise program.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious files, attempting to bypass security measures, or using the AI features to generate harmful content.

7. Limitation of Liability

AnweVolt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to physical injury from exercise recommendations.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
